| Indeed one of the most fascinating aspects of Cuenca is the mighty presence of artistic, wrought iron balconies, and the decorative windows and doorways they adorn. The city of two stories is lined with narrow balconies overhanging just enough of the sidewalk to keep one person intermittently dry during a rainshower. | |
